Senior Metal Commodity Manager

We need someone with heavy to medium industry background like automotive with extensive experience in purchasing both base metals and fabricated metal components globally.
?  Should be degreed
?  Have a technical/engineering background or education
?  Capable of working independently but knows when to ask questions for guidance
?  Can communicate with all levels of the organization
?  some US and Europe travel (possibly Asia too)
?  German language capability is a bonus!
?  Open, honest and like to have fun

Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Zinc, Nickel and Carbon Steel

Fabrication:
Stamping, Progressive Stamping, Turning, Milling, Springs and Casting
