Senior Production Coordinator -Mast Industries.

The Senior Production Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and tracking the execution of a global sourcing plan and coordinating all aspects of sourcing requirements in bringing product to market. Primary focus is on communication with internal and external business partners, Mast overseas offices, vendors, pre production, merchandising and design teams. Monitor timelines and provides updates to meet distribution center delivery dates. Reports to the Production Manager and has one direct report.

Must possess the ability to:

. Analyze and negotiate prices to meet budgeted initial mark up percentage.

. Evaluate and approve event schedules for order confirmation.

. Develop base yarn/fabric strategy with Operation Manager to plan and manage base fabrics

. Work with field engineering and raw material department to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues

. Manage fabric and textile placements - working with global sourcing offices on projections capacity for both mills and factories.

. Evaluate production needs and strategize accordingly achieving maximum productivity by utilizing global sourcing plan.

. Monitor weekly production status to ensure compliance with event schedule and on time delivery - PSR compliance.
