Senior Production Scheduler

We have an immediate career opportunity for a Senior Production Scheduler in our Subsystem Production Planning group. This is a challenging role in which you will have the opportunity to develop your problem solving skills and demonstrate your planning and scheduling ability while you work with some of the most advanced projects in the satellite industry.

 

Your key role will be to prepare, analyze and review product line schedules for engineering and manufacturing tasks, monitor activities, identify constraints and work with others to resolve issues.

 

You will create and maintain detailed project plans for engineering and manufacturing tasks for the assigned subsystem; identify dependencies and schedule risks/constraints; work with cross-functional team members to resolve issues and develop work-around plans as needed to meet schedule objectives. In addition, you will identify and coordinate reconciliation of problems and effectively utilize your analytical and problem solving skills to recognize problems and provide solutions which are thorough and complete. As required, you will interface with mid to senior management, provide information to others on internal processes, and support special projects.

 

Minimum Requirements: B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Management or a related field; a minimum three to four years program planning/scheduling experience is desirable. You must have knowledge of engineer to order/manufacturing processes and excellent computer software and communication skills.
