As our Senior QC Inspector in our San Jose, CA facility, your work will be critical in solving immediate and long-term manufacturing quality and yield issues related to optical components. This high-profile role will have a huge impact on the in-process rejection rate resulting in reduced costs and shortened time to market during the manufacturing process. Working as our Senior QC Inspector, your main mission will be to identify and report on non-conformity with product quality and process. Familiarity with using standard sampling plans will assist you in conducting quality audits on incoming supplies within the assembly process or within the final product. Utilizing your polished communications skills, you will participate in quality improvement efforts and work with personnel to realize improvements. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you suggest ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory quality performance.
