Senior Quality Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to work in our Auburn, IN Business Unit.

Responsibilities for this role will include:
* Establish and modify Quality process
* Oversee a team of Quality Technicians
* PPAP submission
* Advanced Quality Planning
* Problem solving and 8-D process
* Control Plans
* Inspection standards
* Confirm customer requirements are met
* Participate in continuous improvement activities
* Coordinate SPC activities
* Tool & Gage concepts and design
* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
* Conduct training
* Audit internally and externally
* Maintain Quality system


Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in related field with 7-10 years quality engineering experience (automotive stamping preferred)
* Team Oriented Problem Solving
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Committed to Continuous Improvement through team involvement
* Good computer skills
* Must have Experience with: PPAP/FMEA/APQP/GD&T/Gage R&R/Calibration/SPC, QS-9000, TS-16949, ISO 14001 and Internal auditing
