Job Type: Temporary / Contract / Project

Senior Quality Inspector Description: Volt is partnering with a Seattle based medical equipment manufacturing company to locate a talented QA Inspector for mechanical components, in process testing, Production support, and Engineering support. You will be using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to measure parts on a surface plate to determine acceptance of all parts and assemblies and keeping all quality records per FDA Quality System Regulations. You may also design and build test equipment, assembly fixtures, and assist the engineering and production assembly teams.

Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have a High School Diploma, and preferably an AA degree or technical education. 2 years experience in inspection and measurement of mechanical components including proficiency with inspection gages, quality systems, inspection plans, interpreting mechanical drawings and Geometric Tolerances is required. Additional qualifications include solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and technicians.
