Job Summary
Position will interact with R&D (Including Product, Packaging and Process Development), Marketing and cross functional teams to develop, design, plan and execute consumer and sensory testing in support of new Research and Development initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities
Develop and Implement Sensory and Consumer testing plans.
Participate as a cross functional team member of teams.
Lead / Support project teams in developing research plan, timing and deliverables on projects.
Job Complexity
Function as liaison to Development, providing product research support:
Developing effective customized Sensory and Consumer Testing plans which meet overall project objectives on time and within budget.
Balance support of S&PG projects / Staff and Business related initiatives.
Education & Experience
Required Education: B.S Food Science or related field
Education Preferred: MS Food Science or related field
Minimum Experience: 5-10 Years of Sensory and Consumer testing (quantitative and qualitative) experience, data analysis, interpretation and report writing. Statistical analysis of Sensory data and descriptive analysis.

Qualifications
Designing, planning and executing consumer and Sensory testing, data analysis, interpretation and reporting. Strong communication (written and verbal) and team skills. Strong project management skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CompuSense is a plus.
