Shell Processor

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Prepares mandrels for dipping and/or production.
*Prepare dispersion
*Dips mandrels in materials and remove shells from mandrels after processed.
*Inspects and stores shells.
*Operates soak tanks and dryers.
*Flexibility to cross train to other departments according to business needs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
No experience needed. On the job training provided.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and understand written instructions and be able to perform simple mathematical operations. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Ability to read manufacturing blueprints.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and is required to work in a FDA regulated clean room environment using company provided garments and safety equipment. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
