Shift Superintendent (3rd Shift)

Lead supervisor who is responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing processes related to MEDRAD's Sterile Disposable products on either second or third shift.  Accountabilities include:
1. Leading entire plant operations to achieve superior performance in the execution of financial, quality and productivity metrics.
2. Ensures compliance with all standards, policies®ulations for the safe, environmentally sound production of a quality product.
3. Responsible for lean manufacturing improvements, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, employee safety, corrective and disciplinary action and other specific production goals including changes to productions schedules as necessary.
4. Individual must be capable of managing a cross-functional organization of greater than 120 employees, including process leaders and first line supervisors.
5. Will be the initial point of contact for all operations decisions on the off shifts and will make the determination as to what, if any, additional resources need to be called in to ensure continuance of manufacturing processes.
6. Areas of responsibility to oversee on the off shifts include the Syringe and Disposables units in the clean room, Sterilization, Equipment Maintenance and the Materials functions.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor??s Degree in engineering required.
2. Five or more years in manufacturing/production management
3. Two years QSR/ISO experience.
4. Five years experience with Microsoft Office applications
5. Five years environmental health and safety experience
6. Working knowledge of ERP materials management systems (SAP)
7. Demonstrated high performance orientation, customer focus, continuous innovation and improvement, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration/teamwork skills.
8. Exhibited sounds judgment and values driven with the ability to adapt in a manufacturing environment
9. Able to plan and organize while building and leveraging partnerships to attain consensus
10. Project achievement and management - Plans, measures, and manages the implementation of projects to ensure the goals and scope of the effort are realized
11. Medrad/Market/Industry Knowledge - Understands and keeps current on how Medrad??s business work and stays up to date on market and industry trends
