Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY: Supervision of hourly employees in the Windows Department. Lead, facilitate and direct line personnel in the manufacture, packaging and material handling of window products. Observe extrusion personnel for effectiveness, safety performance, efficiency and compliance to policies, procedures and work instructions. Analyze malfunctions of equipment and initiate the proper corrective actions. Train personnel. Keep required production and performance records.


COMPETENCIES: High school diploma or equivalent required; advance education in business a plus. Prior experience in the extrusion process and some supervisory or training experience a plus.
