Shift Team Member

Dynamic company in NWA searching for enthusiastic employees to work in a production environment. Position requirements:

Working safely

Achieving safety, OEE, quality, and cost goals

Meeting production schedules

Meeting product quality requirements

Development and training of self and team members

WCM activity involvement

Execute all required operational maintenance tasks on shift

Maintain equipment, process, and centerlines to provide continuous flow of quality product

Improvement plans for production line

Training and development plans

Participate in planning and managing daily operations meeting, process audits, shift meeting, AM/IM process, maintenance planning.

Great benefits and a starting wage of $12.95 per hour with a .75 per hour night shift bonus.
