The Carry-In Support Team Leader is to ensure the efficient and thorough operations of the support functions in the Repair Centers.

Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates the shipping and receiving of parts and product in the Repair Centers.
Receives and accounts for incoming merchandise.
Transfers merchandise to and from repair lines and carts.
Accounts for outgoing merchandise.
Understands and supports transportation schedules.
Understands and supports customer cycle times.
Supports all repair lines.
Follows all applicable ISO procedures, work instructions, and forms.
Ensures that team is doing the same (ensure all operational processes are followed).
Schedules support associates and determines work flow.
Motivates team.
Demonstrates and fosters teamwork.
Must work to achieve all company and/or unit metrics.
Ensures work area is neat, orderly, and clean.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
Leadership experience preferred.
Previous experience working with shipping/receiving preferred.

EDUCATION, TESTING AND CERTIFICATION:
High School diploma/GED preferred.
Must be able to lift/push/pull 40 pounds frequently.
