Position Summary:
Is responsible for all operative duties in conjunction with the receipt, processing and shipment of all materials for Turbomachinery Products.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
' Follows shipping & receiving documents
' Maintains material storage area
' Follows handling, storage, packing, preservation and delivery procedures
' Completes shipping documents & freight bills for daily shipments
' Calls and sets up freight to be picked up
' Works with other departments to meet required timeframes and deadlines
' Packages parts
' Releases material for production including preparing travelers and issuing material to work orders
' Other duties as assigned


Experience:
' High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills
' Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse and transportation experience and/or training
' Knowledge and experience in using Windows based programs (word, excel, etc.)
' Willingness to learn and incorporate ERP systems and Continuous Improvement
' Must possess a valid Arizona Drivers License and able to drive a company van or light truck
' Ability to use material handling equipment
' Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing
' Bilingual a plus
' Ability to work overtime as needed
