Six Sigma Master Black Belt




On behalf of our client – the largest builder of hydrogen production facilities in the world – we are looking for a Master Black Belt in Tulsa, Oklahoma ( USA ). The candidates should have their main focus on Engineering or Lean management.


Responsibilities:



Set strategy and lead Six Sigma implementation ensuring Six Sigma initiative aligns with business vision and strategy



Work with teams of subject matter experts to identify problems, analyze information and develop and implement quality process solutions



Partner with process owners to clearly link project metrics to strategic and operational objectives



Coach Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with positive material financial payback and positive customer impact



Provide expertise of DMAIC methodology, advanced statistical techniques and quality tools



Act as change agent to instill Six Sigma culture throughout organization and drive measurable business process improvement



Support process owners in the continuous building and refinement of process dashboards to monitor how customer specifications are being met on a daily basis



Lead Six Sigma cluster projects



Deliver Champion and Green Belt training



Create and lead process for project review and associated tollgates



Facilitate employee team meetings to build cohesiveness and improve project team results




Candidate Profile:



Self-directed, team player with 5+ years experience in a Six Sigma-driven environment



3+ years direct experience as a Master Black Belt a proven track record managing multiple projects/programs using Six Sigma methodology



Production and engineering background (Lean Six Sigma and DFSS, Language: English) - MBB required



Excellent time management & prioritization skills



Must be able to quickly assess problems and understand potential project scope



Must have completed multiple six sigma projects with demonstrated success and financial results



Outstanding analytical ability with strong statistical skills



Technical mastery of Six Sigma skills such as DMAIC and Lean; experience with DFSS a plus



Previous experience developing, designing, and deploying Lean and Six Sigma approaches



Proven ability to work with all levels of an organization and excels working in a team environment



Demonstrated ability to effectively coach Business Leaders, Champions, Sponsors, Black Belts and Green Belts



Excellent communication and presentation skills



Strong leadership skills, able to facilitate cross functional teams and have an in-depth understanding of change management and business process management



Experience in delivering training to Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts (DMAIC, Lean and relevant Six Sigma topics)



Proficiency in Minitab, Excel and other computer tools



Preferably experience in large industrial equipment industry
