Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have solid, stable work experience in these areas, preferably from a steel or heavy industry background. Must have strong mechanical ability, welding experience, proficient in reading and interpreting blue prints, and good math skills. Candidates must also be capable of standing for long periods of time, with regular lifting and moving of 25-50 pounds. Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes are definitely a plus. Candidates must also be flexible to work any shift.
