My client is looking for a Sr. Human Resources (HR) Generalist who can support all functions in a manufacturing operation. This position will require hands on experience in employee relations, staffing, compensation and benefits, HRIS, safety/health, organizational development and training. My client is looking for a business partner who understands that the HR role is a customer service function to its customers - the associates and the managers.
