As a Sr. Product Concepts Manager in our Global Innovation Group (GIG), you will manage new product concepts from discovery through the innovation development life cycle (from idea to Go-to-Market or abandonment).  It will be your job to scope the potential of new products and assess the financial, executional, and market viability of new concepts.  You will develop project & execution plans for each product concept and interface with a wide variety of regional and global stakeholders to ensure integration and collaboration.Using your business analysis skills, you will review & consider relevant market data to create and adjust in-depth business cases.



 

To qualify, you’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Finance or Business (or a related field).  Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree.  In addition, we require 7+ years of experience in roles requiring project management to include building business cases, managing budgets & timelines, and adopting/implementing new concepts.  Apparel experience is a plus.  The right candidate will have demonstrated success developing, managing and implementing detailed project plans in a cross-functional or matrix organization.  Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication & influencing abilities are essential.
