Storekeeper

McCormick & Co., Inc., a world leader in the spice, flavor & seasonings industry, is seeking full time Storekeepers (2nd and 3rd shift) in its Flavor Manufacturing Center located in Hunt Valley, MD. Under the general supervision of warehouse workleader, incumbent pulls raw materials and packaging goods from inventory for production, completes necessary paperwork and related data entries, assists other warehouse personnel as needed, helps maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition, and other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications for this position include High School Diploma or equivalency required. Minimum of 18 months Job-related experience (warehouse, stock selection or inventory) required. Demonstrated ability to work independently required. Ability to lift/move 50- to 100-pound drums/bags/boxes and roll 300-pound drums required. Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime required. Proven ability to work with all levels of personnel required. Forktruck license required. Familiarity with PC terminals preferred, experience with SAP helpful. 

 

Starting rate for Storekeepers: $14.57/hour plus 6% shift differential for second shift and 10% shift differential for third shift.  Interested candidates will need to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
