Kelly Engineering Resources has teamed up with one of the largest manufacturers of pharmaceutical and biomedical products to locate two outstanding candidates to fill some big shoes. These are direct hire positions located in Bloomington, IN.

These positions will manage 2nd or 3rd shift operations of a multi-faceted manufacturing facility through subordinate supervisors. Responsibilities will include: maintaining and meeting budgets, hitting or exceeding prodcution goals, setting standards, delivering quality products to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner and making employment decisions. Additionally, incumbents will be interpreting manufacturing policies, procedures and programs.

In addition to a BS degree in a technical discipline, your exceptional skills in the following areas qualify you:
1. Ability to manage shift supervisory efforts while being held ultimately responsible for all shift activites in terms of cost, methods and employees.
2. Ability to analyze statistical data, information and financial reports.
3. Experience acting as a technical lead and ability to assist in resolving technical difficulties
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a manufacturing setting.
5. Creativity in problem solving...Ability to "think outside of the box"
6. Knowledge of World Class manufacturing methods (QLP, Lean, Six Sigma, GMP)
7. FDA regulated experience
8. Experience in process validation
