Supervisor, Cycle Counter/Data Integrity

This position has responsibility for supervising and providing direction for the Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (?MCFA?) data integrity team in counting inventory to correct and maintain accurate inventory records through the use of statistical test counts, rack face audits, formalized cycle count processes, etc. and striving for continuous improvement.  On a daily basis, works with Caterpillar Logistics Systems (?CLS?), our logistics provider, to complete these tasks and promote a team environment with good relations. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor?s degree (Business or related field of study is preferred), 3-5 years job related experience, and 3-5 years supervisory experience.  Basic production equipment knowledge, ability to interpret blueprint and workflow documents, and strong oral and written communication skills are desirable.
