Supervisor, Manufacturing (Nights)

Job Description Primary responsibilities include supervision of manufacturing associates involved with commercial and clinical protein purification and manufacturing according to SOPs and cGMPs. Experienced with operating chromatography equipment, ultrafiltration systems, filtrations and aseptic processes.

Responsibilities inclide scheduling shift tasks, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, drafting and reviewing manufacturing documents. Secondary functions include recruiting, coordinating with other departments and troubleshooting.
Must be able to work shifts. Must be team oriented, possess leadership skills, and have good written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications
A thorough understanding of protein purification manufacturing equipment and processes.

Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills are required.

Education
BS preferred.
5+ years of demonstrated process experience and demonstrated leadership and communication skills may be substituted for degree
