Supervisor, Manufacturing (Purification)

Job Description Shift Supervisor within Large Scale Purification Area. Will be responsible for supervising personnel, ensuring successful manufacturing of both clinical and commercial products within defined timelines. Will be interacting with multiple external departments. This individual needs to be able to cope with a rapidly changing environment and shifting priorities.

Qualifications
Experience with purification technology (i.e. buffer preparation, chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, various filtration strategies). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work successfully within a team based environment. Preferred candidate would have previous leadership/supervisory experience. Must be able to work multiple shifts.

Education
BS in Life Sciences/Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
