Supervisor Plastics

Velcro USA Inc., the industry leader in hook and loop fastening systems, seeks an experienced supervisor to manage daily plant floor activities.  Tasks would include assigning labor and assets as required to meet customer demand; resolving quality issues; ensuring strict adherence to procedures, control plans, and company policies; maintaining a clean and safe work environment; striving to achieve reduced cost and waste; and ensuring accurate and timely production reporting. This position requires a Bachelor?s degree and a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.  Lean Manufacturing Techniques and Principles and plastics processing experience are preferred.  The schedule for this position is 6:45PM to 6:45AM with alternating 36-hour and 48-hour workweeks (including two weekends per month).
