RSDC of Michigan, a world-class steel processor located in Holt MI, has an opening for an experienced Production Supervisor who will be responsible to direct the work of production associates, maintain a safe work environment, control costs, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and administer the labor agreement in a high volume, dynamic manufacturing environment. Candidates must be willing to work any shift and weekends.

The preferred candidate will have a Business or Technical degree and two or more years manufacturing supervisory experience with an auto parts supplier, or equivalent education and experience. Blanking and progressive die stamping experience are pluses. Union facility experience preferred.

Other requirements include:

? Strong leadership/motivational skills

? Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

? Experience with QS 9000/TS16949/SPC

? Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement experience

? Word processing/spreadsheet skills

? Experience with automatic feed a plus.
