Supplier Quality Audit Leader

In this role, the Supplier Quality Audit Leader for defining and driving global audit process management development, planning, execution, tracking and reporting processes for GE Healthcare.
This key technical and leadership position will affect part quality for the installed base, current production and new product programs, and be responsible for:
* Global Sourcing audit process leader responsible for defining and driving global audit planning, execution, tracking and reporting processes.
* Lead integration with Global Sourcing Quality Engineers and compliance. Leaders to define/improve audit processes to a high level of sustainability.
* Lead and define integration processes of Auditor teams and Global Sourcing Quality Jr. eLibrarians.
* Use project management and Six Sigma Lean methodology to drive Supplier Quality process improvements.
* Identify and leverage Best Practices across suppliers. Perform Qualification, Surveillance, Process and PWA Audits.
* Perform supplier Qualification, Surveillance, Process and PWA Audits.
* Initiate CAPA's for audit findings, including driving CAPA closure and validate effectiveness.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
* 3 years experience in manufacturing, design, or quality.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time.
* You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Desired:
* ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
* Working knowledge of GEHC-T quality procedures, including auditing experience.
* Proven problem solving ability to lead and influence others at all levels of the organization (cross-functionally and globally).
* High level of organization skills, analytical thinking, and facilitation skills, including solid presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrate strong execution skills and ability to drive change.
* Ability to work through, implement, and sell CAPA opportunities.
* Experience with eNPI and Oracle systems.
* Proficient PC skills including experience with Business Objects and Cognos.
* Certified Black Belt.
