Supervise production operations to achieve 100% attainment of the fixed short term schedule, while observing all quality control standards and maximizing effective application of manufacturing resources in a safe manner.

Manage the production workforce to maximize the efficient conduct of manufacturing operations.

Observe "Good Manufacturing Practices"

Maintain a safe clean work environment and implement L'Oreal's environmental programs.

Train and assist all personnel in skills and procedures that assist in maximizing the efficient conduct of manufacturing operations.

Bachelor's degree in a major technical discipline, ie, chemical or mechanical engineering preferred. Five (5) years experience in manufacturing operations preferred.
