TEAM MANAGER

EnerSys, the world leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications, has an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager at our Richmond, KY manufacturing facility.  This individual will be responsible for:

 

- leading 30 to 50 team members to achieve production requirements while maintaining a safe work environment

- inspecting critical items to insure quality standards while monitoring productivity

- taking timely and corrective measures as necessary, recording information accurately and reporting data to management

- ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations

- maintaining plant security; recordkeeping and reporting duties in order to minimize any security violations

 

The selected candidate must have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience with 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, good communication and computer skills, and basic math skills. Relocation is not available for this position.
