Job Summary:-

The primary objective for the Commercial Manager is to provide value added professional commercial expertise to support the Cargo Systems Aftermarket Value Stream. The job holder is responsible for managing Customer Service Representatives, commercial and contractual issues to maximize profit for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:-

1. Supervise Customer Service Representatives.
2. Manage Inventory, including consignment Agreements.
3. Resolve Customer Service problems and issues.
4. Manage Customer Agreements.
5. Provide parameters for Spare Parts provisioning.
6. Issue monthly Metrics and analysis.
7. Manage Contract rebates, commissions and Consultant payments.
8. Develop 5 year revenue forecast.
9. Develop Strategic Plan.
10. Create Aftermarket budget.
11. Develop Aftermarket pricing, including OEM campaigns.
12. Provide market analysis.
13. Participate in MARCOM activities
14. Coordinate Trade Show activities.
15. Create Marketing literature and brochures.

Requirements:-

1. Bachelor or equivalent Degree, or 5 years business experience in the Aerospace Industry.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent computer skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
7. Good negotiation skills.
8. Excellent managerial skills.
9. Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
