Team Leader- Injection Mold

 

 

 Responsibilities:  The Injection Molding Team Leader has the overall responsibility to lead, support and prioritize activities of Injection Molding. This includes activities associated with inventory transactions for local operations; timely and accurate inventory management; and interacting with other departments in support of inventory needs.  In addition, the Team Leader is responsible for: safety; staffing; training; departmental communications; discipline; employee performance management; housekeeping; and maintenance.  This individual will provide the positive motivation, support and direction needed to consistently meet organizational objectives in safety, employee relations, production and quality.

 

Qualifications:  At a minimum, candidates must have 2 years injection molding supervisory experience, and a strong technical background in injection molding processes and materials.  They must be able grow with the position and adapt to new technology and changing expectations.  The right candidate will be able to successfully motivate employees, promote two-way communication and maintain a cohesive team spirit.
