POSITION SUMMARY:

Position will be responsible for coaching teaching training and removing barriers to enable High Performance Work Teams to advance along the Team Performance Curve through the Stages of Team Development. This will include formal behavioral and technical teaching/education to the Team. Position will monitor and manage Team Performance as it relates to Time Cost and Quality goals/objectives and be accountable to the same. Position will be responsible for the High Performance Management System Performance Management Process Certification Process and management of complimentary skills. Position will complete assigned projects to continuously improve the performance of the team and the plant.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

60% Responsible for effectively coaching training and facilitating Teams performance to meet or exceed Time Cost and Quality goals and measures related to retention and associate satisfaction. Continuous improvement of financial and non-financial measures.

25% Responsible for the management of teams performance management process staffing planning quality barrier removal compliance recruiting/selection recognition.

15% Leading and/or facilitating special projects that enable continuous improvement of Team/Plant performance in alignment with First In Service Process. All associates are responsible for using the principles of First In Service in order to continuously improve the performance products and services of Clarke American. This includes but is not limited to participating on improvement teams recommending and implementing improvement ideas participating in training and other activities to keep up to date on processes information etc.

EDUCTION & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in leadership/management position(s) required.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / ABILITIES REQUIRED:

2 years experience in a leadership/management position. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with Order Fulfillments Guiding Principles and Transformational Leadership Behaviors.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for leading 15-20 Production and Non Production associates.
