Technical Writer

Our client is in search of TWO TECHNICAL WRITERS in the North County area.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The qualified candidate would develop, write and edit material for Manufacturing assembly instructions, test instructions, process documents, reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, as well as related technical and administrative publications in print or electronic media.

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Receive projects from multiple department representativesCreate documentation for new and existing productsOrganize and complete responsibilities according to Company and department standardsReview and make revision recommendations on published materials

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Framemaker 7.0Microsoft WordCorel Photopaint/Draw 9.0Adobe Acrobat & DistillerLotus NotesAgile Access Visio

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 

Bachelor?s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or 2-5 years? related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
