Test Technician I

Manpower Professional of Central Illinois is currently seeking a Test Technician I for a position in the Peoria, IL, area. Qualified candidates must have a HS diploma/GED and at least 1 to 3 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing or electronics development environment. Must be proficient in reworking through hole and SMT assemblies in accordance to IPC 610 standards. Preferred candidates will have some computer experience with MS Office and programming. Preferred candidates will also have working knowledge of Statistical Process Control, GR&R, PPAP, FMEA, and DOE. This position will be conducting a variety of tests on electronic systems, subassemblies, and parts to ensure unit functions according to specifications. This is a 1st shift temp to hire position with a starting pay rate of $9.78 per hour. Pay increases at 90 days and 6 months.
