Alcoa Packaging seeks people with thermoforming experience for their major Downingtown, PA plant expansion. We are a small town community
located between Philadelphia and Lancaster, PA.
Set-Up Technicians
Candidates must have a solid understanding of thermoforming operations and the workings of thermoforming machines. The selected applicant will
install tooling and establish process conditions to manufacture parts. Position requires the ability to:
*Remove and install thermoforming molds and trim press dies
*Make operational and mechanical adjustments to meet customer requirements
*Distinguish quality parts
Experience with the following equipment, or comparable, is required: Sencorp, Brown, Lyle.
Operators
Must have an understanding of the workings of thermoforming machines. You must have the ability to:
* Make operational adjustments to thermoforming machines to meet customer requirements
* Read & interpret instruments, gauges and measuring devices
* Be responsible for quality and quantity of product
Experience in thermoforming required. Set-up and tooling preparation experience is a plus.
