LISI Aerospace, A1 Technologies, manufacturer of automotive racing fasteners, located in the City of Paramount, CA. is seeking a thread roller to support the daily production of the shop and provide strong technical leadership.

Duties include:

 

? Operates thread roll machines producing external roll threads in various types and sizes of fasteners. 

? Determines die speeds and rolling cycles in order to produce parts to fulfill thread requirements. 

? Performs machine operating adjustments and regulates and controls such functions as coolant flow, machine rate and related machine operations. 

? Checks threads on test parts to assure conformance to specifications, checks for such factors as pitch, angle, length, diameter, and related factors.

 

Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years experience setting up and operating thread roll machines. Candidates will have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, use precision inspection instruments for the measurement of NAS and MS standard screws. Experience in the fastener industry or manufacturing environment is a big plus.
