Tower Operator

West Lebanon company looking for Tower Operator Trainee. Job duties include:

- Learn and assist with operation of all conditioning equipment for corn, soybeans and wheat.
- Learn and assist with operation of all treating equipment and mixing procedures.
- Learn and assist with operation of packaging line equipment.
- Learn procedures for dumping loaded trucks to proper storage locations.
- Learn and assist with maintenance and repairs of both towers and equipment.

Successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Must be able to walk on scaffolding and be in high places without any fear of heights. Some travel may be required. Must pass fit test for respirator. Requires a logical thinker, fast starter, sound decision maker and ability to work with minimal supervision.
