Training, Development and Implementation Project Coordinator Day-Shift

As our Training, Development and Implementation Project Coordinator - Day Shift, you’ll manage production improvement projects that focus on the development, documentation, training and implementation of standardized work processes, including providing an organized project plan, utilizing the core team in completing assigned tasks according to a schedule and scheduling and facilitating team working sessions/meetings. You’ll create, maintain and revise all training documentation packages in a Document Control System.You’ll also write pre-determined technical documents and prepare, revise and format the final document to include visual aids. You’ll collaborate with other platform Gatekeepers on the creation and integration of solutions on any documentation process and procedures. In addition, you’ll partner with the Kaizen Leaders to develop the drafts prior to the Feedback Groups, then again to gather feedback from the groups on each shift. 



































Requirements for the position include:
High School diploma or GED
2 years’ manufacturing experience supporting continuous improvement projects in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience working with digital photography, including manipulating JPEG files
Demonstrated experience gathering information from key players, documenting feedback and input and creating and training operators on "standard operating procedures"
Ability to work with little direction and tight deadlines
Ability to manage conflicting agendas and set priorities
Experience with process improvements, process flow, Kaizen events, 5S implementation and/or other LEAN manufacturing concepts (i.e. Total Quality Improvement, Toyota Production Systems, etc.)
Experience handling multiple projects in various stages, simultaneously
Experience partnering with multiple departments, including quality, production, engineering, material handling and maintenance
Ability to provide samples of written documentation that includes visual images
