Uphostery/Wood Supervisor

We have an outstanding opportunity available in our Santa Fe Springs manufacturing facility for an Upholstery/Wood Supervisor.

?

The selected individual will oversee the day to day manufacturing activities to ensure the production of the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost, meeting company standards for performance, customer specifications and delivery requirements.? This will include scheduling work assignments, ordering materials; addressing and resolving production issues and customer-related inquires and ensuring regulatory compliance.? You will also work with our M2K ERP system.? Prior manufacturing expertise is essential.? Qualifications include:? outstanding woodworking skills plus a firm understanding and awareness of furniture build/constructions techniques and processes, ability to read blueprints, knowledgeable with table saw, pin routers and other production equipment.? Good computers skills;bilingual, Spanish a plus.

Minimum of 3 years woodworking and supervisory experience required.?
