VP of Sales ** Manufacturer and Distributor ** $90k+ plus Bonus

Leading Leading manufacturer and distributor with a broad array of products and services, state of the art equipment, a generous compensation package and exceptional growth opportunities is seeking a senior level management position in the greater Los Angeles area.

 

VICE PRESIDENT of SALES

This senior management position is responsible for increasing sales and managing a diverse team of 50+ outside sales reps that are located in territories on the West Coast.

 

The Vice President of Sales receives a base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 plus commissions and bonuses. Average first year $125,000!  The benefits package includes an auto and cell allowance, laptop, expense account, medical, dental, 401k plan with annual investment, career advancement, and much more.

 

This position requires:  

** College degree preferred

** 5 years experience in managing outside sales reps 

** Ability to train, manage and lead a sales force

** Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

** Dynamic and motivational personality

** Ability to measure and analyze performance

** Candidate must currently live in the greater Los Angeles area

** Ability to travel within California and Nevada
