VP of Sales & Marketing

Our client, a leading edge OEM manufacturer, seeks a VP of Sales and Marketing, reporting to the President.  The position oversees the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service departments. 

 

Responsibilities include:

Implementing multi year marketing plan and strategies;

Market research and planning;

Setting sales objectives / goals for company and team members;

Leadership, direction and management of sales and marketing staff;

Provides input and support to the Company?s leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements;

 

This is a key member of the management team and must be able to interact well with other business areas including new product development, business development, operations, accounting, etc.  Candidate must have a BS and OEM manufacturing experience.  An advanced degree is preferred.  Must have ability to travel, including internationally.
