Vacuum Deposition Equipment Engineer or Technician

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

? Develops and implements a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) program related to the entire coating operation to maximize the coating chamber utilization and minimize the down time.

? Analyses and reports monthly root causes for chamber down time and presents the results.

? Ensures quick and timely response to all emergency situations.

? Proactively identifies weaknesses or needed improvements and implementation in accordance with budgetary and production scheduling requirements.

 

Requirements

? Must to be a hands-on and detail-oriented person.

? Must be computer literate.

? Minimum 3 years of experience with vacuum deposition systems is required.

? Knowledge and experience in optical coating is highly desirable, but not required.

? Knowledge of HVAC is highly desirable.

? Must be able to communicate and read work instruction in English.
