Job Description:
This key senior management position is central to IceStone?s growth and success. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of success as a plant manager or vice president of manufacturing for a company with $20-50 million in sales. Ideal candidate is also a driven, energetic, passionate and committed individual who welcomes problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities include:
?Run daily factory operations
?Oversee concrete casting, curing, calibration, polishing and fabrication
?Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for greater efficiency
?Implement and update inventory systems
?Assure clean/green manufacturing
?Facility management
?P&L responsibility for manufacturing
?Exceed customer expectations for quality, consistency and timeliness
?Hire, train, manage and mentor manufacturing employees
?Participate in compensation reviews
?Manage multicultural/multilingual team
?Foster inclusive factory floor culture

Qualifications:
?Management experience
?LEAN manufacturing experience
?Highly detail oriented
?Believe in continual improvement
?Strong communication skills
?High level of organizational skill
