Warehouse Clerk

Job Description: Constar International Inc. (Nasdaq: CNST), a growth-oriented team focused company, is a $900 million+ leading manufacturer of plastic bottles for consumer marketing companies around the world, manufacturing a wide range of plastic bottles for food, beverage, personal care, household and industrial products. Constar operates 18 manufacturing facilities worldwide, 14 domestic and 4 international.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Manager, working closely with the Warehouse leads and each crew in a team work atmosphere. The key responsibilities are tracking inventory by computer, working and directing drivers, assigns loads to warehouse dock. Updating dock status board and carrier forms and contacts carrier representive to follow up or make arrangements for finished goods or raw material shipments. Process bills of lading, customer orders and annotates shipping orders to determine loading location and time of arrival of transportation. Prioritizes customer orders and may direct others in preparing outgoing or incoming shipments. Organizes, sorts and files records. Answers telephone and other job duties as assigned and directed.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing office/environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Must be willing to work 3rd shift. Must have a pleasant demeanor and be able to handle a high volume of customers. Ability to work in a team environment and handle a variety of job duties as indicated above. Must be able to work safely. High school diploma or GED is required. Work occasional overtime as needed.
