Warehouse Inventory Team Leader

CITY: Waterford STATE: New York COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Job Purpose
The Warehouse Inventory Team Leader is responsible for, and not limited to, all aspects of inventory across multiple Warehouses at the Waterford site.

Essential Functions

Inventory Leader is responsible for the management of over $35MM of finished goods, WIP, and Raw material inventory in multiple warehouses

Focuses on the resolution of daily inventory and shipping issues and process fixes.

Responsibility of managing small package (pail room) and sample operations, consisting of 4 hourly operators

Responsible for planning and executing the annual physical inventory as well as ISO compliance

Key accountables are EHS performance, schedule attainment, inventory accuracy, inventory vitality, and involvement and impact in areas outside of normal areas of responsibility

Inventory Leader is expected to develop and drive key productivity and digitization initiatives.






Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications

BA or BS degree in a related discipline (or High School diploma/GED and 5 years of manufacturing or supply chain related experience)

Demonstrated leadership

Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization.
