Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead Description: Are you looking for a career with a stable manufacturing company?
If so, we have a position for you. We have been asked to help identify a Warehouse Lead for an excellent temp to hire employment opportunity. This person will be responsible for directly supervising 10 to 15 employees in the Receiving and Stockroom Department; carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws; interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; oversee incoming shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments;inspect material handling equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel or contacts outside service facility for repair, direct movement of shipments receiving platform to storage and work areas, support workload for Manufacturing, ATM, Integration and Pick and Ship orders; issues oral instructions; studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates; maintain harmony among workers and resolves grievances; adjust errors and complaints.








Requirements:
Candidate should have 2 - 3 years experience in the warehouse, preferably with lead experience. Excellent bilingual communication skills and computer skills a must.
