Welder/Fixture Maker/Sample Maker Wanted

What Will You Do?
You will make samples out of wire and will make fixtures so that wire forms (made off our CNC robots) can be easily located in fixtures for precise welding. Our fixtures need to be easy to operate, so that fellow employees can make products correctly, quickly, and safely. Our cus-tomers especially need quick delivery (so they do not buy from China).


Who Are You?
You can read blueprints and are a Team Player (with hard-working co-workers). You have made fixtures or samples. You enjoy using digital read-out milling machines and table saws. You can TIG and MIG-weld. You are comfortable with working to a 1/16” tolerance. You enjoy a fast-paced environment with no bureaucracy. You do not enjoy meetings and like working with your hands. You have worked for one company for many years in a row (no job hoppers need apply). Ex-Military per-sonnel are welcome. Drug abusers are not welcome.

What Is The Job Environment?
Full time job. Monday through Thursday, 7 AM - 5:30 PM, four days a week. Generous Health insurance plan. Paid Holidays and Vacation. Free Parking.

Where Will You Work? Baltimore City, adjacent to Interstates 295/695/95 in the Westport neighborhood, two miles from the Inner Harbor. We are in the industrial park off Annapolis Road, south of Wa-terview Avenue. Do not come via Hollins Ferry.

When Will You Start?
Immediately.

Why Are We Looking for Another Employee? We are growing. Our customers need samples for us to get orders. Our production department needs fixtures to get product out the door.
