Welder - MIG & TIG

Connor Manufacturing Services, a leading global manufacturing company, is seeking qualified MIG/TIG Welders to join our team at our location in Portland, Oregon, just off Airport Way.  Connor Portland is a growing medium-size ISO-certified job shop that provides services to customers in the industrial and high-tech markets. 

 

Primary responsibilities include:

? Works from blueprints, drawings and verbal instruction to perform welding operations.

? Set up, operate, and maintain MIG and TIG welding equipment with proficiency.

? Troubleshoot welding processes and make necessary adjustments to meet requirements.

? Utilize standard shop hand tools, measuring devices, and equipment.

? Operate a forklift and related material handling equipment.

? Communicate professionally with engineering and manufacturing personnel.

 

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and several years of MIG/TIG welding experience.
