Welding Shop/Fabrication Supervisor

Somerset County based manufacturer seeking a Welding Shop/ Fabrication Supervisor. The qualified candidate will have a background in the steel welding environment with knowledge of MIG welding processes. Oxyacetylene/ track-torch cutting, as well as forklift operation and blueprint reading experience is a must.

This position will oversee the day to day operation of our shop facility coupled with the responsibility of training and retention of Welders and Laborers to meet our customer's high volume demands.
Eight years of fieldwork experience with three years of supervisory experience included within that eight years is preferred.

Candidates possessing a degree in Welding, Manufacturing or related fields are preferred, but a combination of a high school diploma and significant relevant experience can substitute the educational requirements.
