"Lean Six Sigma Manager"

Under broad direction, leads and facilitates activities to analyze, recommend, improve and implement processes and procedures to establish the highly effective organization. Establishes assessment and measurement methods for effectiveness of functional groups in apply processes, strategies, systems, procedures and methods. Liaisons with Regions, Leadership, and Information Technology to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to resolve issues. Job role contributes to value creation via personal contributions. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or similar disciplines and 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing, materials planning, warehouse management, or other manufacturing support function or equivalent work experience. Responsible for supervising a staff of 6-10 employees. Black belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
