Business Development!

  A client of RZ SOLUTIONS on the east coast has two immediate openings for an Army Business Developer located in Fairfax, VA.

 

Duties include:

 

All phases of business development - identification, qualification, capture, and bid. The individual must have demonstrated experience managing all aspects of business development including research, lead generation, target identification, presentation preparation, clear and concise verbal and written communications, strategy development, capture activities, and proposal strategy, planning, writing, editing, and reviewing. Requirements include: Must have extensive and well rounded business development experience, including the following; - A successful and consistent track record of winning solutions & services business within the Army. The successful candidate will have a track record of building such relationship. This position requires at a minimum a BA/BS degree with at least 10 years of service with the US Army and 2-4 years experience in business development with the Army. Working knowledge of the Army and experience in proposal preparation is essential

Education: BS or BA in a related technical field or Business, Communication, Marketing is required. A MA, MS, or MBA is preferred.

 

Desired Skills:

 

Known contributor to successful business development, with the Army. Demonstrated success with ID/IQ contract vehicles and GWAC vehicles. Knowledge of Government Program Management, the DoD PPBE process and FARS.

Working knowledge of DoD organizations and experience in proposal preparation is essential
