This position will manage incoming raw material and supply chain initiatives to drive and sustain progress against our "Three Prong Approach" to Material Improvement: Improve Current Supply Quality (TE focus) Improve Material Launch (Vertical Start Up) Expand Productivity Improvement to Material Supply (Cost Improvement) Position Description
Ensure site compliance to material losses tracking.
Active participation in Starflee TPM events.
Apply TPM processes to major supply issues and opportunity.
Understand material/equipment relationship to optimize materials specifications or equipment settings. Establish working relation with raw material suppliers.
Review all process, materials, and vendor changes in support of high quality vertical start ups.
Provide technical support to the Tolleson Operation's teams.
Supervise material compliance ensuring the highest quality of incoming raw materials.
Supervise the packaging material incoming program.
Accountable for all ingredient, packaging specifications, and raw material holds to ensure compliance to QSA requirements.
Drive local adherence to EPM standard process.
Key participant in supplier productivity sessions.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Technical knowledge, with operations background. Excellent oral, written, decision making, problem solving, and team work skills.
